Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rivioo (rivioo.app) — "Rivioo", "we". Rivioo is an independently operated service; you can reach the operator any time at admin@rivioo.app. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you keep using Rivioo after the terms change, you accept the updated terms.
1. What Rivioo does
Rivioo exports publicly available user reviews from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store into CSV and Excel files. The review content belongs to the users who wrote it and the respective platforms; Rivioo provides it in a convenient format for analysis. Subscribers can also fetch the same reviews through the Rivioo REST API and MCP server.
Rivioo is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
2. One-time export pricing
Exports are a one-time payment per export:

Prices apply to both stores. One-time exports carry no recurring charges. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Subscription plans
The REST API, the MCP server and workspace exports are available on a monthly plan:

Billing and renewal. Plans are billed in US dollars. Your first payment starts a one-month billing period, and the plan renews automatically each month on the same card until you cancel. Checkout authorises a fixed number of monthly charges and shows that number; if they are all used, the plan ends and you can subscribe again.
Allowance. The allowance counts reviews delivered to you, cached or fresh. It resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC), and unused reviews do not roll over. When the allowance is used up, requests are refused until it resets or you upgrade.
Cancelling. You can cancel renewal at any time on the Billing tab of your account. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Changing plan. An upgrade starts immediately, and we charge the price difference for the rest of the current billing period to your saved card. A downgrade starts at your next renewal, and you can undo it before then.
Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we retry it over the following days and your access continues for up to 4 days while we do. If the charge still has not gone through, access is paused until you subscribe again. Your API keys are kept.
Updating your card. We check a new card with a $0.50 charge and refund it automatically.
Price changes. If a plan's price changes, we email you before the change applies to your renewal, so you can cancel first.
4. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Rivioo never sees or stores your full card number; for subscriptions we keep only the card brand and last four digits, to show which card is on file.
After payment, your export runs as a background job. You receive an order confirmation and, when the export completes, an email with download links. You can also follow progress on your tracking page. Large exports can take up to about 20 minutes.
Download links are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout — please double-check it, as we can't recover exports sent to a mistyped address. Download links remain valid for 30 days after your export completes; we recommend saving your files promptly.
5. Refunds
Consumers in the EU, EEA or UK also have a 14-day right to cancel, described in the Refund Policy. If we deliver fewer reviews than you paid for, a refund is issued automatically: when the app has fewer public reviews than your order size, you receive every available review and pay only the standard listed price for that quantity, with the difference refunded; when the shortfall is caused on our side, the undelivered portion is refunded proportionally. In both cases we keep a $1 per-export minimum whenever the export delivers at least some reviews. If a paid export fails entirely and delivers nothing, you receive a full refund. Subscription payments are not refunded for a partly used month or an unused allowance; a charge made in error is refunded in full. See the full Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Use Rivioo for lawful purposes: product research, competitor analysis, sentiment analysis, reporting, and similar uses.
Don't attempt to overload, disrupt, or circumvent the service's limits or payment requirements. API keys are for your own use; don't share or resell them.
Exported review content remains subject to the terms of the platform it came from and the rights of its authors. You're responsible for how you use it.
We may throttle, suspend, or refuse service where we reasonably believe these terms are being abused, including automated abuse of the service, attempts to bypass payment, or suspected fraud. If we suspend an account for abuse, we also stop its renewal; the current month is not refunded.
7. Service quality and availability
Review data comes from public app store sources that Rivioo does not control. We work to deliver complete, accurate exports, but the number of reviews available for any app is determined by the stores, can change without notice, and may be less than the app's total rating count (most ratings have no written review).
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Where an export falls short of what you paid for, your remedy is the automatic refund described above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the export in question or, for a subscription, the amount you paid for the month in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
8. Privacy
We collect what we need to run the service: your email address, order and payment records, and account and API usage details if you create an account. The site also uses analytics. What we collect and how we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, email us first — most issues are fixable faster than any formal process.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
