Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rivioo (rivioo.app) — "Rivioo", "we". Rivioo is an independently operated service; you can reach the operator any time at admin@rivioo.app. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you keep using Rivioo after the terms change, you accept the updated terms.

1. What Rivioo does

Rivioo exports publicly available user reviews from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store into CSV and Excel files. The review content belongs to the users who wrote it and the respective platforms; Rivioo provides it in a convenient format for analysis.

Rivioo is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

2. Pricing

Every export of up to 50 reviews is free. Larger exports are a one-time payment per export:

Prices apply to both stores. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. The free tier is limited to a fair number of exports per day. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Rivioo never sees or stores your card details.

After payment, your export runs as a background job. You receive an order confirmation and, when the export completes, an email with download links. You can also follow progress on your tracking page. Large exports can take up to about 20 minutes.

Download links are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout — please double-check it, as we can't recover exports sent to a mistyped address. Download links remain valid for 30 days after your export completes; we recommend saving your files promptly.

4. Refunds

If we deliver fewer reviews than you paid for, the undelivered portion is refunded automatically and proportionally. If a paid export fails entirely, you receive a full refund. See the full Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Use Rivioo for lawful purposes: product research, competitor analysis, sentiment analysis, reporting, and similar uses.

Don't attempt to overload, disrupt, or circumvent the service's limits or payment requirements.

Exported review content remains subject to the terms of the platform it came from and the rights of its authors. You're responsible for how you use it.

We may throttle, suspend, or refuse service where we reasonably believe these terms are being abused — including automated abuse of the free tier, attempts to bypass payment, or suspected fraud.

6. Service quality and availability

Review data comes from public app store sources that Rivioo does not control. We work to deliver complete, accurate exports, but the number of reviews available for any app is determined by the stores, can change without notice, and may be less than the app's total rating count (most ratings have no written review).

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Where an export falls short of what you paid for, your remedy is the automatic refund described above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the export in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

7. Privacy

We collect only what the service needs — an email address for delivery and basic payment records. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, email us first — most issues are fixable faster than any formal process.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
